The staff was available 24/7. Very polite in spanish and english. They knew the area well to suggest easy solutions or places to visit. They are locate 2nd floor and have elevator and it operates always. Very nice stay.

I thought it was a hotel but it was not The sign on the outside so small was difficult to find There was no description of hotel being in the second floor when we book Also our room is right next to reception desk Feels like we are being watched all the time And there is a sign of NO eating - can’t eat in the room which is a real hassle The window open to really old building!

I stayed here for 3 nights in late May and found this hotel to be in an impeccable location between Atocha train station and the accessibility to all tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and modern and like others in the review said the shower pressure was amazing and just like home. Hot water was great and they even offer daily housekeeping if you choose at no cost. There is a mini fridge with two small bottles of water as a welcome. Maria from the front desk was absolutely incredible. My room at the time did not have the AC working (note they did say a technician was coming on the last day of my stay to fix to which I can attest they did come just as I was checking out. This was a non issue for me as I understand breakdowns and glitches happen and just my luck it was only my room. None else was affected. It was not super hot this time of the year and there are ceiling fans that also provided cooling effect). She compensated me for the inconvenience which was a kind gesture. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again next time I visit Madrid. Thank you for your hospitality.

아토차 거리에 위치한 건물 2층에 있는 숙소입니다. 마드리드 시내 왠만한 관광지는 도보 15~20분 내로 이동 가능해서 편했습니다. 24시간 리셉션 열려있고 직원분들이 아주 친절하십니다. 2인실 묵었는데 룸 컨디션 양호하였고 다만 공간이 협소하여 캐리어 풀면 방이 거의 꽉 차는 정도입니다. 호텔에서 오래 머무르지 않고 잠만자는 용도라면 큰 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있을 것 같습니다

급하게 잡은 숙소지만 너무 만족합니다

갑작스런 여행일정 변경으로 하루 더 마드리드에 있어야해서 급하게 가성비 호스텔로 잡았었는데 프론트 직원분도 너무 친절하고 가격대비 숙소도 깔끔하고 샤워기도 따로 있고 수압도 좋고 따뜻한물도 잘나왔습니다 엘리베이터가 조금 작긴하지만 가격대비 위치와 시설 직원 친절이 좋았어요
