「The Cozy Cottage in the lake was as advertised. So comfortable and stress free. A wonderful 3 nights. Close enough for a quick run to the market for supplies, but feels a million miles away. Great view of sunrise. Peaceful cove, nice dock, and comfortable for our group of 5.」

「We stayed 3 days with our 2 granddaughters and grandson who is a UGA student. The house is nicely updated and very roomy; I appreciated the beautiful master bathroom. The beds were so comfy; Granddaughters wanted to take their mattresses home!! Very relaxing, wooded and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the private pool….perfect escape in the extreme heat this week! 「We were in town for a rowing event at Lake Lanier. The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with great open spaces for our large family to gather and hang out. The weather unfortunately did not allow us to enjoy the awesome outside space and lakefront dock as much as we would have liked, though we did enjoy the lake view at least! Highly recommend - we would definitely book another stay at this property the next time we are back in town.」

Each floor had a sitting area so we could spread out at night and play games and talk. The kitchen was spacious and easy to move around and cook our meals. The hot water dispenser in the kitchen was handy to speed the water for pasta to cook quickly. The double oven made baking a breeze. 「We wanted a short getaway to the lake, we needed a private dock for our boat and this house didn’t disappoint! The house is very cute, with plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The upstairs room with the pool table was tons of fun, as well as the ping pong table outside near the pool and hut tub. We cooked all our meals at the house, kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. There is shopping near by as well as a variety of restaurants if you want to eat out. Great location!...

「House was clean!! Beds were comfy!! Loved the pet friendly touches even though we didn't utilize them! We were not able to utilize much of the house as we were only there for a short period of time and spent most of the time with friends. I would stay here again!」
