「It was just as pictured, very clean and inviting. The place was so cute and had everything we needed for a short stay and was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Extra bonus was having the washer and drier, we had just spent a week in Mississippi without one so it was so nice to be able to through a load in. The host failed to inform us that the house was not fully heated which was a problem when the temps dropped to the 20’s. Several rooms were heated(the upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. 「The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. 」
