“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“Beautiful accommodation in a very convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, celebrating a low key Christmas with the family. The host went to the effort of gifting us a box of chocolates and champagne, which we found very thoughtful. The decor was absolutely lovely and made us feel as though we were staying in a retreat somewhere while still benefiting from all the luxuries of being at home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!”

“A gorgeous B&B, the rooms are lovely with a large spa bath. The back balcony was very welcoming after a long drive, with an outdoor spa. Charles, the host was absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to make the time for breakfast, better than many cafes that we had experienced. "The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
