An umbrella or awning for shade and a few pots of flowers to replace the weeds would have made it a much pleasanter place to hang out. The hot tub was great. 」

The bedroom and living rooms were spacious and cozy, the kitchenette was well stocked with cooking supplies for basic meals, and the location is excellent! Walking distance from one trailhead and so close to Minturn shops and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and even dropped off a box fan for us when the temps got kind of toasty. Overall, a great spot to stay! 」

The place was clean, and had 2 portable A/C units to keep the top 2 floors cool when things heated up in the afternoons.Close to shopping in Avon, and several nice restaurants nearby.
