“We came to a locked door and the code to enter our room did not work. We tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com, without luck. We had to get another hotel. Because the hotel couldn't be reached by hotels.com afterwards we didn't get a refund. Unprofessional from the hotel and hotels.com.
