「The view from the rooms is simply stunning. The hotel is almost new and built to a very high standard. The rooms are big with a generous balcony to watch the sunset with glass of wine. The road up is narrow but well paved with passing places. 」

「Quiet and relaxing location. The accommodation offered plenty of space and facilities, and was very clean, with lovely views. The host family were very friendly and helpful despite some language barriers.」

「Loved every thing about the stay, the people were so attentive and kind and couldn’t do enough to assist. The bodega, the quality of the wine and the tapa .. so good. Breakfast was simple but excellent. The room was large and comfortable, my partner said it lacked a couple of aspects from a woman’s perspective, such as mirrors and lighting for makeup and there was no shelf for placing bathroom items. But these are small details and don’t detract from an overall excellent hotel.」

Eneko nos ha explicado lo que es ser pastor y el proceso del queso Idiazabal con detalle y detenimiento. Producen el mejor queso idiazabal que hemos probado en un proceso 100% artesanal. Es un Baserri que lleva en la familia Goiburu 200 años. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable que sin duda repetiremos!」
