Avec un bébé ce n'est pas évident. Puis, il y avait une odeur de nourriture dans notre chambre. Il était difficile de comprendre et de communiquer avec le manager, car son accent était……

“For a cheap last minute motel down the cape it was honestly perfect!”

“Rooms were dirty, flies entered through a broken sliding door. The pillows and towels need to be replaced. 3 out of 4 pillows stained. even with moving room that did not help.”

“Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or……

“Front staff were very kind and helpful. The room was fine. The bathroom could use some updates. Bed linens were decent. Had a very hard time opening the old sliding door to the balcony. The continental breakfast was sad. Nice, peaceful area of town.”

“Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy.”

“We stayed in Room 222 for one night during our two-day trip. Unfortunately, we experienced ongoing electrical issues throughout our stay. The power kept going out, and we had to call the front desk multiple times to have it restored, only for it to fail again shortly afterward. This was very frustrating and disrupted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. We also lost some food we had stored in the refrigerator because it stopped working. We hope the hotel fixes this issue so future guests do……
