“Ela was very helpful getting us to our room & ordering pizza for delivery for us. It’s a magnificent property & I loved every minute of our stay.”

“The only bad thing about this hotel was the WI-FI; the signal was terrible, and in order to connect, one had to be in the restroom. Other than the Wi-Fi the place is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.”

“- very walkable distance from train station - have bikes available for guests - extremely nice and helpful staff, especially on taxi requests & opera tickets - have all basic amenities for a short stay - clean rooms”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
