“The property was spacious and everything was in great working condition. Location was very convenient, 5-6 minutes walking from the Arena, 5-10 minutes walking from main piazzas. Tons of restaurants close by. Had problem with check in. All communication in Italy is done through WatsApp, but Expedia doesn’t provide the phone number to the hotel, so I was not connected to the hotel, but website states that someone is always at the front desk from 10:00-19:00. I arrived at 18:30 and there was……

“Check in was after hours so a bit of a challenge to find the correct door and use a flashlight to operate the keypad in the dark. Air Conditioning kept the 2 bedrooms at 24C which was fine, but when hot outside maybe an issue. Balcony was excellent overlooking the square. 3rd floor no lift so be prepared to get your luggage up and down. Overall would stay again.”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“This apartment is great! We had one bedroom and used the sofa bed, which was ok but it needs a mattress topper. Other than that, we can’t fault it. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had such a great choice of restaurants and you feel you’re in the heart of Verona. Also, once behind the giant door, it’s a peaceful place to end the day. We would happily recommend to anyone!”
