“This is a very pristine and beautiful vrbo. Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated. Anything you need for a sweet stay is provided and at your fingertips. We especially loved the thick comfortable mattress and plush beddings. It was also the cleanest rental we have ever been in. The cute little swimming pool is a nice bonus and the proximity to South Congress is within walking distance. We felt very pampered and spoiled staying here and hope to stay every time we come to Austin.”

“The laundry room has two washers and two dryers but one washer was down and the signs led me to believe it has been out of service for a long time. The machines require quarters and there is no change machine. The laundry room is dimly lighted and the machines are dinghy. We took our laundry elsewhere. This property is quiet and is an excellent location. The off-street parking is great. We weren't able to use the TV in the bedroom... the signal was too slow but the TV in the living room is……

“This is a great spot with a very "hotel" vibe. The majority of this building is vacation rentals, and they have staff onsite that cleans and maintains everything. The location is awesome - right at the south end of Rainey near the trail and walking distance from tons of bars and restaurants. The only thing to note is that the checkout is actually 10am, not 11am as listed. This was a surprise via email the night before we checked out. There is also NO free parking as the listing states. It's……

We had hoped to use the lounge on the pool level, as it's a great space and open to residents if not booked. But, it was booked most of the time (and expensive to book)!”
