“The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac with high vaulted ceilings and windows overlooking tall trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I stayed in July during a heat wave, but the AC worked well. For those traveling with infants, the property offers a crib, high chair, and toys, making it easier to pack light. The comfortable patio provides a lovely mountain view, although we couldn't use it much due to the weather. The spacious and clean bedrooms add to the comfort. It’s also conveniently located……

“Annie was so great to work with, everything was as listed and we had a great stay!”

“Very nice home. Great view. Great location close to everything. Great host. We are already planning a return during the winter for even a better view. Thank you Alex for sharing your home with us.”

“Adorable home. We loved the outside area even in the middle of winter. Super close to Bryce Resort”

“The house was lovely, modern and well equipped. The kitchen and bath had great amenities and the linens were also very nice. We enjoyed the wooded view out of the very large windows. Check-in and out were seamless and easy. The location was great for us as it was very near my sister's cabin.”

“Upon arrival there was a couch sitting on the walkway to the front door with a "Free" sign on it. There was no manual explaining: 1) The use of portable heaters or baseboard heaters2) Things to do upon entering or leaving2) Local attractions4) Emergency contact informationDid find a single sheet under the silverware tray in a drawer the next morning. It did contain a few of the above items.Dirty pancake turners, still had dried egg on them. We had to buy several pans and skillets because there……

“Great little house, very clean, had all the amenities needed, location very nice easy to get around town and surrounding areas. Great little restaurant just a couple of doors down. Our stay was very nice.”

“Ten stars! Circle F was as described and so much more! It was extremely clean and supplied with everything needed for our stay and more. Sarah and Dale came up on horseback to feed the sheep & even offered to make us a fire in the fire pit, which was encircled by Adirondack chairs for the ultimate view of the Allegheny mountains. It is such a cool place on the top of a mountain! We will definitely go back there!”

“Such a cute and cozy cabin! Had a blast basing out of here for our Valentine's ski weekend. The hot tub was an added bonus for soothing our skiing aches.”

“The host was quick to respond to questions and the property was amazing! I definitely recommend waking up early enough to watch the sunrise over the mountains from the porch!”
