“Staff was very nice at check-in. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken so we had to haul our bags & bikes to the second floor. Room was very small, but adequate. (Water pressure in shower was strong and the shower head did not adjust, so it pelted you) Lobby and grand staircase were beautiful, and there was plenty of convenient parking. (Pool was not open yet, just a tad bit too cold yet) Overall, a nice place to stay for a night or two. *Note: Property is approximately 40 minutes from Old Rag……

“Check-in staff was very nice, 10% discount at neighboring diner was great. Room was very comfortable and clean. My only slight issue was that the place was a bit noisy, not because of anything unusual going on, but I think the walls were a little thin. “The kitchen did not have utensils of any kind, no plates or drinking cups. The TV remotes did not work even after staff came to check it out. Had to leave the TV on all night. Road noise was an annoyance making it tough to sleep.”
