“This was the worst Marriott property I have stayed at. If you stay there don't accept staying in room 108. I was next to the kitchen where they prepare the free brunch. I heard banging on the next room off and on from about 7-8:30 AM. Also, people who I assume were staff were talking right outside my door early in the morning. I was in a rush to get ready to go out and meet friends for dinner and as I went to get ready and take a shower I discovered that I did not have any towels. There were……

“We liked that the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Did not like the shower as the spicket was loose and the shower head only would send out a small spray while the lower nozzle stayed on while the shower head should have had full spray. Some of the plugins were not functional as anything plugged in was loose and not tight enough to work properly. We also do not appreciate the $100 deposit. We have never broken anything in any of the motels we have visited and always try to……

“The staff was accommodating and worked to get me a ground-floor room. I made a mistake when booking the room and accidentally selected a smoking room. There was only one non-smoking room left on the ground floor, and it was an upgrade. The staff worked with me on the price so that I could get that room. The room and property were clean. There was ample parking. Only a short drive to downtown Aiken with its shops and restaurants.”

“The hotel overall is run down. Our 1st room had very wet carpet. The second room needed a thorough cleaning. The walls were dirty. The bath tub was dirty. Their was long hair on the bathroom floor and part of a weave in bathroom trashcan. The beds were comfortable. It was a suite and the couch and chair were extremely dirty.”
