「Everything in the home was perfect except we could not get the tv in the living room to work.and as I contacted the host to ask her about it she never,never called us .or helped ? at all which is disrespectful. We also contacted her to find out if we could possibly check in early she never responded. We did find some where to go but it would have been nice for her to respond.
If your going to be a host then be a host.

「The “Nook” was a great location for walking to all events and shopping in Mountain View. It was very clean and I would have given it a 4.8 if I could. The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star review is due to the bathroom sink not draining properly and it is a bit pricey. But, all in all, a great place.」
