The space
Step inside our Georgian townhouse and you’ll find a peaceful, stylish retreat in the heart of Bath. Situated along a pedestrian pavement adacent to boutique shops, cafes and wine bars, you’ll find historic St Andrews Terrace. The house spans three floors and combines classic Georgian architecture with a warm, thoughtful interior. It’s a bright, elegant space to unwind after a day exploring the city.
The house sleeps up to four guests across two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom features a double bed, Sonos sound system, Dyson air-purifying fan or heater, and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom offers a flexible setup, it can be configured as a king, two singles, or a single bed to suit your needs. A separate guest WC is located on the main living floor.
Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home, a light-filled space designed for slow mornings, relaxed evenings, and everything in between. The handcrafted Neptune kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Quooker boiling water tap, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Whether you’re preparing a relaxed brunch or a candlelit dinner, everything you need is at hand. Glass doors lead to the private terrace, a peaceful spot with seating for four, perfect for coffee, drinks or dining outdoors in warmer weather.
The living room is a welcoming space to curl up with a book, listen to music on the Sonos sound system, or enjoy a film. You’ll also find fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, along with a Tado smart heating system to keep things just right all year round.
Throughout your stay, you’ll be surrounded by thoughtful details: luxury bed linen, soft towels and cosy robes are all provided. In the bathrooms, you’ll find refillable Bower Collective toiletries. Method eco-friendly cleaning products are used throughout the house, and Who Gives A Crap sustainable bamboo toilet paper is supplied- small touches that reflect our commitment to comfort and sustainability.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire house, including both bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, WC, and the outdoor terrace.
There are no shared spaces within the home. Some wardrobe space is privately locked for personal storage, leaving plenty of room for your belongings.
