“Cockroaches were found on the 1st day and even on the 2nd day after making up the room, though we have reported to the front desk in the morning of the 2nd day. Finally, a new room has been arranged for us but some lights in the new rooms cannot be turned on and the shower does not work!”

“Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. ”

“This was an excellent property for longer term stays. Not a Hotel. No front counter. The agent meets you outside the elevator lobby and escorts you to your room. Comes complete with everything you need. It is a place I would stay for a month or more. ”

“New hotel under construction and room isn’t very usable. Shower has no shower stand, bed has bed bugs. Bathroom falling apart and no TV channels. No sauna . ”

“Poor customer service It took them 4 HOURS to get us settled in. And we have an infant. All that 4 hours and they gave us dirty rooms. There were stains on the bedsheets, pillows, and bed frame. The towels were stained and dirty. There was dust and hair all over the floor. When we complained at the reception, they didn’t do anything to make it better. They gave us another room and it was the same situation. A dirty room. There were ROACHES in the hallways!!! In front of the room and other……
