"Great customer service in all departments. You are greeted at the enterance by freindly staff and check in was seemless. We were given complimemtary breakfast on our first day. We were given the wrong room number when we arrived and were given complimentary lunch for our troubles. My wife was celebrating her birthday and they provided a complimentary nice cake and treats for her. "

"What an incredible hotel, such wonderful layout and beautiful spacious rooms, the staff are especially friendly as you learn to expect from DT Hilton and from Malaysians in general, as they are all incredibly nice welcoming people. "

"Has no lobby, staff are rude, check in process to around 1 hour. Completely over priced and not worth. Don’t stay at this accommodation "

"This is a really lovely, cool, clean, fragrant hotel. There is nothing the staff won't do to assist and don't even need to be asked half the time, they will see the problem and anticipate your need. "

"Great budget place to stay. Short walk to subway. Bit of a strange check in process since apartments are rented privately but it was easy enough once we sorted it out. Pool was a nice feature and the room we got was great. Security was also great."
