Kuala Lumpur Hotel with Pool

"This hotel was exceptional, the breakfast was five star restaurant quality with sweeping views of Kuala Lumpur. Our room had breathtaking views of the Patronis Towers and the location of the hotel in KLCC is brilliant. We dined at two restaurants on site and had room service and could not believe how good the food was. This is our favourite hotel in Malaysia. "

"Everything is immaculate ! I got sick during the check out day and asked to check out a bit later, at 2pm, so I can rest a bit more before catching a later flight. The service staff are so friendly and granted my request. And also give me extra water to take"

"Packed breakfast as organised as departure was 5am. Fire alarm came on just after midnight, and no advice was announced, to go back to sleep. A bit disturbing but too sleepy to climb down the fire stairs to find out if there was really a fire !"

"I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏"
