“Aslında iyi olabilecek bir tatili daha ülkeye alışmadan ilk gün yaşanan birtakım elektrik kesintisi, temizlik hizmetlerinin ve su/tuvalet kağıdı gibi seyahat edenlerin işine yarayan şeylerin kıtlığı nedeniyle neredeyse mahvedecek olmasından üzüntü duyduk. Onun haricinde iletişim, konfor iyiydi. Biraz çalışmayla yüksek puanlar alabilir.”

“Сам отель отличный. Расположен в удачном месте, в 5 мин. хотьбы от пляжа. Неподалеку есть все необходимое, магазины, кафе. Этаж надо брать не ниже пятого и тогда у вас будет вид на море.”

“This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY”

“Never make a booking from this account. You will not meet the owner of the room, he will tell you to cancel your reservation and rebook with a higher price again. This happenned on 11th April 2024. Me and my family have waited more than 1 hour in Orbi City hotel. Hotel reception said these rooms belong to some other owner and i have to call him to come to reception with room keys. He never came because he knew last minute cancellation will make him get the money and he has already booked the……
