Beautiful vintage property designed with stone, wood beams, and brick. The staff was the best, so helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Walk down safe cobbled streets to the beach, marina, restaurants, and shopping. Loved this place.

Nice

The hotel has a very pretty outdoor terrace where you can enjoy drinks and have breakfast. The rooms are a little old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. Tiny showers in the bathrooms with very old fashioned built in hairdryers but the hotel does provide good hairdryers upon request. Some of the staff are not very friendly which was a shame as others are lovely. Upon checking out we were not asked how our stay was and when we mentioned being disappointed not to be able to have a 30 minute late check out the lady at reception literally said “it’s not our problem”, not great customer service and there are far nicer ways to say that it’s not possible. Overall a nice place with a very precious little resident dog but wouldn’t rush back.

Great location, very nice breakfast on a lovely terrace. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Shower was bit small and pressure not very good, other than that room was comfy.

Hotel carino, con tanto verde, vicino alla spiaggia di Santa Maria Navarrese. Buona anche la colazione e la cena. Unica nota negativa il bagno che andrebbe ristrutturato, comunque lo consiglio per vacanze rilassanti.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr guten service

Wir hatten aus Versehen einen falschen Tag, nicht stornierbar, gebucht. An der Rezeption wurde uns trotzdem kostenfrei ein Zimmer für die Nacht überreicht, also die Reservierung umgeschrieben auf den aktuellen Tag. Am nächsten Tag gab es ein ordentliches Frühstück mit Hygienekonzept. Das auf dem Tisch stehen gelassene iPad war 10 min später an der Rezeption und wurde dank Namenaufkleber sofort zurückgegeben. Zu Fuß runter zum Strand und zum Turm von Santa Maria de Navarrese sollte schon drin sein.

Hatten ein Zimmer im UG. Sehr altes, muffeliges Zimmer ansonsten sauber. Leue wahren freundlich Coronaschutzkoncept funktionierte. Grosser Parkplatz 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt.

Bonjour, Nous revenons d'un séjour exceptionnel de 5 jours à l'hôtel Santa Maria. Le personnel est prévenant, souriant , les locaux et chambre sont très propres. Climatisation trop bruyante dommage

Personnel sympathique dommage que la chambre donnait sur des travaux et la rue Piscine au top mais s’arrête à 19 h 30 Jardin magnifique Bel hôtel Climatisation et bac hyper bruyante !

Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo 🔝

Stanza comoda e accogliente, con (quasi) tutti i comfort necessari (dico quasi perché il frigo mi è mancato). Hotel vicino al centro, la macchina è stata letteralmente dimenticata nel parcheggio. Colazione abbondante e servizio ottimo.

hotel calme, malgré la rue montante mais avec assez peu de circulation. terrasse végétalisée agréable. buffet du petit-déjeuner très complet et personnel très avenant et sympathique. un parking privé et fermé la nuit à 50m. plage à 50m. nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant d l'hotel. le choix était intéressant.

Lovely staff and great food

What we liked: Hotel staff was really kind and helpful. Special thanks to Francesco for arranging that boat trip. :) We got several discounts for booking through the hotel (sunbeds, boat trip, etc.) Cappuccino was also great there. Dinner was quite great at the hotel and actually the best from what we tried in Santa Maria Navarrese and for a reasanable price. What could be improved: Cheese plate Walls are quite thin and the first two nights we couldn't sleep well because of our loud neighbours. Shower could have a higher pressure and normal temperature. Beds should be replaced or fixed. Whenever we moved or turned there was a crackling noise.
