「This cottage was perfect for my family. My teenage boys were thrilled to have a couch with recliners facing the TV just like home! They also loved the shower which had excellent water pressure. Our host shared restaurant recommendations and was easy to communicate with. The location was a great jumping off point for hiking in several state parks and exploring Cumberland Caverns. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We loved the beautiful yard for our dog and space for her to run and you can’t see the neighboring homes. Great views. The home’s very clean and has nice kuerig pods, and some extras for guest to use for cooking. No cell service,our phones said SOS but WiFi works ok. It is out in the country though so to go to restaurants - it was about a 20 min drive. There was a cow and a donkey that came for visits at the property fence. There was a a bit of a musty smell to the home and the staircase going...

「One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at. Quiet area with not too much traffic. Gina was terrific and responded quickly. We enjoyed quiet evenings sitting in the gazebo and at the fire pit in the yard. We would definitely recommend Red Fox Inn to everyone. 」

「I cannot express how amazing this place is. From the beginning the communication with the host was phenomenal, they were so sweet & very quick with replies to any questions. The house is stunning, clean, in a great place, beautiful views, & truly has everything you could need. The garage & fenced in yard for the dogs was so nice. 10/10 stay & will definitely be coming back! 」

「Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! 」

「This property was so fun to stay at! The hot tub right off the main level was so convenient to hop in, and since its high off the ground there were actually no bugs or mosquitos even at night! The swim spa is a short walk down a super steep hill driveway to get to, but once there it's hard to leave and make the climb back to the house because its soooo nice! The shared "beach" area is so cool but there's a ton of broken bottles on it so we had to wear swim shoes to dip our feet in the lake...

「We rented this property for a family reunion and birthday and it was perfect! The location is amazing - Right across the street from Floating Mill Park which has a family friendly swim area and down the street from several watercraft rental places (Hurricane Marina, JBeez rentals). Our hosts were incredibly communicative prior to the day and on the day of check in. The view from the property is amazing and the actual place is somehow even better than the pictures. The bedrooms and closets are...

Communication is wonderful, the home itself is always clean and has everything you could need for relaxing and enjoying the lake. We especially enjoyed the addition of new porch swings this year!
