“Hotel excelente, quarto lindo, grande e ótima localização em uma região central. À noite nos sentimos muito seguros chegando e saindo com o aplicativo de transporte Bolt, que é excelente para circular para todos os lugares da cidade e os valores são a metade do preço do Uber, além de ser seguro e o aplicativo funcionar perfeitamente. O café da manhã, quando a reserva inclui, não é buffet, mas é escolhido por meio de cardápio. É bem servido e muito gostoso. Tivemos que pedir para consertar o ralo……

“Overall, great accommodation. Nice place to stay. However, unfortunately we came on a day they had a power issue. We checked in before 1700. After a long flight, with no power, we had no hot water to shower, no lights to see in the room, unable to watch tv, and unable to plug in our devices. The staff was apologetic. We were able to shower at their sister hotel at 2200 after inquiry. Power finally back on at 2300. We moved rooms the following day for our separate booking. Although the staff……

“Nope, didn’t get to experience that as the room I booked was not provided to me. I was given a room less than half the value of the room I booked. I request compensation or a full refund as I am livid with this situation. ”

“If you're looking for somewhere to sleep for the night, this is a great value for the money. If you're looking for comfort, maybe spend a little more. The rooms are cramped and the window is TINY. There are no good views, or elevators, however, the staff are always friendly and the parking is safe. ”

“This is a comfortable place to stay close to the heart of Cape Town. It is a pair of Victorian houses bonded together and retains much of the charm of that period. The rooms are large and comfortable. The TV system is poor (effectively only some news stations of use). The breakfast was adequate, but some ingredients were dried out. Parking is tight. Michelle was a gracious and helpful host. The best, however is the central, quiet location with easy access to most of what Cape Town has to offer. ”
