“We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door.……

“A very basic place that I would normally expect to pay far less for. It's a beautiful building in a street full of mansions, but there were only very basic furnishings and no decor. Bed was uncomfortable. Coffee maker did not work properly (4-5 times through to get a cup from the Kurig). Limited silverware. Reminds me of the places I used to stay when I could not afford a hotel or a BNB but the price did not reflect the quality.”
