“Close to the beach- no complaints at all.”

“Picture of the bedroom was not as depicted in the ad, big gap under door entrance to the room, box spring mattress missing lowering the bed extremely low, shower curtain fell down even before I got a chance to use it should be anchored on both sides. Positives were the hvac was great, the bathroom nice and very easy to access with a code.”

“The place was nicely designed, comfortable and very clean.”

“Our space for four adults fit nicely along with convenient parking directly outside our door.Hot tub feature helped us unwind after beach outings as well.”

“Would book again without hesitation thanks to solid internet that helped me finish work during my stay. The rooms are quiet enough to focus too, even near main roads.”

“Convenient location close to the beach and boardwalk with restaurants in very easy walking distance. We took advantage of the host’s pet policy after checking for specifics on the policy.Street parking, with a parking pass provided.”

“Great property on a quiet block a few blocks from the beach and Boardwalk . Very clean with modern updated amenities. Luxury linens and towels provided. A great home away from home for a family vacation at the shore.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy, and our host was an excellent communicator, providing all the information and directions we needed a few days before our arrival. The house was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the location—it was close enough to the beach and the boardwalk while still being a great place to relax. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!”

“Great place to stay would definitely do it again”

“Property was the only one in town with 4 or 5 trash cans left on the sidewalk and remains of garbage in front and on sides of building.Lobby and hallways were clean. Room itself needed A LOT of help. Broken picture and trash stashed under the bed. Hangers where picture had hung on the wall exposed, same with mirror that was on the bathroom door, now propped up against the wall. It was okay, Didn’t meet our expectations in comparison to several other properties in the area, but it was……

“The apartment is newly refurbished, beautiful inside, well furnished, and squeaky clean, We spent a lot of down time on the huge outdoor deck which as lots of plush furniture. The spot is SO convenient -- just a two-block walk to the each and boardwalk. The location is a quiet, family street lined with lovely homes. Stuart was a perfect host, always available if we have questions. We hope to return.”

“Very clean and comfortable home! Good amount of communication from the host. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Only hiccup is that there is no on site parking. However, street parking is plentiful and easy to figure out.”

“This was a 2 room apartment. It was spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom. We only slept there, but there was a small microwave above the sink, so you could do oatmeal or microwave food, esp if wanting to have breakfast there. Kuerig coffee pot, some pods, and a few creamers...you'd need more if a couple folks don't want black coffee. A nice dorm style fridge for your food from home or leftovers from dinner! We were very impressed with this lovely place. Super quiet, 2nd floor porch/balcony with……

“Cons: Bath window crank broken No hooks on bath door Tub drain does not work. No baths sadly for my wife. Living room lamp very top heavy. Fell over on my dog. Kitchen utensil draw will fall out easily if pulled all the way out. Bottom bunk ceiling is dangerous. Easy to hit your head on sharp edge slats. Pros: TVs in all rooms. USB ports in both bdrms. Kitchen well stocked. Paper goods well stocked. Clean and comfortable. ”

“Excellent location and very accommodating condo. Would highly recommend this for family get together.”

“Getting around town solo from here was simple with helpful tips from staff, plus close by places like Jenkinson's Boardwalk were easy to reach by car or ride-share service.”
