「I had a good stay with no problems.」

「The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. 「Staff went over and above as we had a traveler with an overheated vehicle and was stranded with us overnight after a family wedding in the area. The desk clerk called a mechanic that agreed to come look for $50 the next morning, which was a SUNDAY. She saved the day!! Our room was clean, all the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, good selection of items and well stocked on everything. 」

「Parking very convenient. Check in was smooth. Housekeeping routine puzzling; day two we stayed in till 11 am and the room was not serviced. Day three we left about 10 am and only towels were replaced but nothing else touched in the room. No nightlight in bathroom and tile floor felt slippery when wet. 」

「Loved the hotel location, hotel beds arecsoblow that you think you are on the ground. We got a room with a roll in shower. The shower was great, but the shower curtain rod was mounted up so high up that there was about a 10-12" gap between the floor and the bottom of the curtain, so the whole bathroom got wet when you took a shower. But the hotel is clean and the staff is great. You just have to have extra linens to wipe up all the water. 」
