「We are so grateful to Cathy and her whānau opening their home to us. A beautiful clean home with everything we needed, the kitchen had all the essentials, a few games/cards and books to entertain everyone in our down time and a stunning beach just across the road! Even in spring with the weather raining off and on we still enjoyed walking, playing and swimming at the beach. We had a basketball tournament to attend at Mercury Baypark Arena and this was a great location to come and go from, lots...

「Loved staying here. Had some peaceful time on my own. Great little caravan fir a couple. Pam even turned all the fairy lights on. So pretty. Even with the Labour weekend storm with the winds thrashing the water on the lake, it was so cosy. Bathroom is inside the house but is easily accessible throughout my stay. Great walk nearby as well. Pam and Neville are great host and supplied everything you'd need for a pleasant stay.」

「I have to say it just felt like Home nothing too flash but very homely love the spa pool got very well used. And the host was a Holden Man and now that’s a bonus on its own will definitely be back next year.」

「We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook for a large group, which made meal times really easy. The living and dining areas were spacious, giving both adults and kids plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves.The bathrooms and showers were spotless and well-kept, and all the bedrooms were tidy and comfortable — everyone slept really well.The property was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company....

「This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. 」

「stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The house was perfect for a big family vacation, and we had a great rest. The location was amazing too, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away.」

「Area was quite, with shopping mall close by. Inside was well presented, as described in the advertising. Plenty of room for extended family of 10. Close proximity to The Crossing, Greerton and Fraser Cove were we had a family event at WorldsEnd. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the exterior could do with a clean and spraying No Spiders. If I was coming back in Summer I would bring a portable BBQ. 」
