「My stay was great everything was as posted on the site.My family and I enjoyed our stay, we were here for for a wedding. 」

「Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Scott’s place was quaint and accommodated us relatively well for a 2 night stay. Check in was easy and Scott was easy to reach. The furniture was a bit chintzy, we were worried the couch would break if we sat on it and the bistro kitchen set as well but fortunately nothing even came close to breaking. Only other concern was the outside need don’t clean up of cobwebs and a few big scary bugs. Thank you for hosting Scott!」

「My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. Easy to find, lots of parking, and a clean and well-maintained two-bedroom apartment.Thank you to the host for making us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly check in there again should we return to Long Island.Highly recommended.」
