“Nice hotel. Only problem we had was the bed sheet had a nasty blood/fluid stain on the sheet over the mattress. Upon further inspection the mattress pad underneath had the exact same stain directly underneath. That tells me that house keeping is either so good they keep the mattress pad and sheets together perfectly or they just never changed either. I think anyone reading this can figure out which is correct.”

“We booked a room that explicitly stated it was pet friendly, on arrival we were told it wasn't pet friendly and would be given a different room type. Not a huge deal, it happens. However, they would not refund us for the room change, the lady at checkin was extremely rude and condescending. We were then informed that the pool was "closed by the health department", no compensation for that either. The water randomly stopped working while in the shower, had no way to rinse out shampoo, was told a……

“Our reservation was for the people and there were only two sets of towels in our room. We were there for a funeral so when we called for the missing set of towels they said housekeeping wasn't in yet so we had to go pick them up at the front desk. My husband picks them up but there are no washcloths only large towels and a towel for the floor. RIDICULOUS!!! The next morning, we call for towels around the time housekeeping was supposed to be in and out took two hours for us to receive towels.……
