"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, Rum house was fabulous, other restaurant options on premises really good too! Great location in walking proximity to many key attractions but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle if looking for some quiet downtime. Rooms and bathrooms are smaller than what we were use too but I feel like most of NY hotels are. "

"Staff was welcoming, attentive and helpful. Room was clean and spacious (by NYC standards). Toiletries in room were top notch. Street noise is LOUD (on the 8th floor) but this is to be expected in NYC. Bring earplugs or request a high floor to avoid street noise. "

"Great hotel just outside the chaos of Times Square. Hotel and rooms were clean and the staff we encountered were friendly. This hotel has a fun yet relaxed vibe that we really enjoyed. We had a king corner room - the rooms are on the smaller side but it was perfect for our needs. Who spends their time in their room when you’re in NYC anyway? The coffee and pastries at the pop-up Café d'Avignon were delicious! The Legasea restaurant had good food and the decor was even better! We would definitely stay here again. You can’t go wrong."
