Came to NYC for a Broadway show and some touristy things. The Fairfield was in a good location being very walkable to many things. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a station in the lobby to schedule an airport shuttle or the bell hops can schedule a private ride. I chose the private option which was basically an Uber Black XL which was very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Manager Jeffrey Wright was very friendly. He helped us navigate the subway system to get to a Mets game. Jeffrey and Mustapha helped print out our boarding passes for our airline flight home. Based on these experiences, we would definitely stay again.

We stayed here to be close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. It was perfect for us. Clean, nice staff, everything in walking distance. Lots of food options. Very good included breakfast buffet. Would absolutely return.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean, especially our room. Also, it was fairly quiet for such a busy area of NYC. Breakfast was ok, but options are a little limited. We would definitely stay here again though.
