"These people need to run air conditioning in the room. It was so humid in the room that the tile was damp. We had to run the ac at 65 continuously to got the moisture out…the humidity levels were so high the picture frames were bowed. "

"Staff were high on something, both females couldn’t stop shaking and acting erratic. Walked in front lobby to the front desk lady grooming a dog with stuff all over floor and having her drunk guy friend sitting there and saying insulting things… like how am I so white if I’m from Florida. Get to room, room stunk and was filthy. Remote did not work the TV so she sent the “housekeeper” who couldn’t stop shaking from whatever she was high on. Eventually was told I was just have to deal with not having a tv or get up manually and change tv. I travel to tx every other month and have never felt so unsafe. Immediately checked out and went down the road to Americas best and so glad that I did. "

"Location was convenient and clean. We would stay there again if the opportunity arose.K-cup Coffee provided. Full-size washer dryer. Shampoo and soap in the shower. Beach towels provided. Beds were comfortable. Nice lounge chairs outside, but the outdoor table chairs had no cushions and you were not able to sit on them. The hot tub was nice once we were instructed by text how to turn on the hot tub, the heater and the filtration system. This was a little disappointing. No welcome book provided telling of the Wi-Fi, local restaurants, and takeouts."
