“There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes). Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean”

“You could tell it was cleaned just not very thoroughly. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. Check in was easy though and good location.”

“The room was ok. Could do with a little LTC. Staff not very helpful at all & no reply from manager when email. ”

“The apartment is well equipped and has all it needs for a family getaway (e.g. cooking utensil, oven, seasoning, fridge and so so). Good lighting and generally clean. The air-conditioner is on upstairs only and if it's a hot day, sitting downstairs doesn't feel any cool stream. Besides, the apartment is located right next to the street level, noise from the passers-by or cars and next door neighbors can be easily heard. The host is responsive to enquiries”

“Check in was easy once found the lock box - but we had been travelling for 24 hrs too. Good communication with the host, location ideal ”

“The apartment was nice a clean. We were close to buses, trains and the ferry. We were close enough to walk to downtown Sydney across the bridge. We felt safe in the city even during the night. It was nice having a kitchen and laundry facilities on site. Communication with the management was quick and they addressed issues promptly. The only issue we had was the wifi signal was a bit weak in the smaller bedroom and the knob to the dryer was broken and we had to hang our clothes to dry. ”

“The apartment is in a good location. It has everything you need and its closeness to the beach is a bonus. We were able to walk everywhere in the local area and with so many cafes, restaurants and Clubs to choose from it’s a perfect spot. The fact we had our own parking bay at the front of the apartment was terrific because parking in Cronulla is a nightmare. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Communication with the Host was clear and easy. ”

“Everything was just perfect, from accessing the property to its stunning location. The view alone could entertain you for hours. The only aspect that was difficult was the lack of air con with the hot and humid weather. This maybe a strata issue, as it would appear no other unit within the complex had AC. ”

“Check in is really simple This apartment is close to the Metro so only 4 stops into Sydney central. Its close to supermarkets and in a safe quiet neighbourhood. You dont need a car - you can walk to the metro or shops. The second bedroom is more like an alcove as it has no door - so good for a child but offers no privacy. Kitchen with a dishwasher is nice - an extra couple of plates bowls and more cutlery would be nice. Good value for what it is.”
