"At check in staff was not very welcoming. Was not given any type of information as to if there was a restaurant on property, a bar or even breakfast. No information about room service, no information about resort amenities. AC did not cool until technician came and made a switch of some sort because in his words “the system is old” and a switch needs to be made. AC was extremely loud. No information on pool, hours or location. I reserved a room with a balcony and was not accommodated. "

"I do not know if this can be a fair rating considering I only stayed one night however the room was clean my kids like the morning breakfast and it was very convenient to keep my boardwalk and the area was just beautiful"

"My meeting got pushed to later in the day. I requested a later checkout and the sweet front desk lady was very accommodating. This will be my go-to hotel when in Seabrook!!"

"-My kids got a rash because body wash was actually blue Dawn dish soap -During windy night glass door blew open in middle of night as my child was sleeping. Door lock didn’t catch-we had to use string to keep door shut-I reached out and contacted homeowner-they responded they “would get back to me soon”. I NEVER heard back from them. "

"We had a great time with our entire family at the vacation house. The private pier was the favorite spot. The place was kept very clean and all the necessary items were available. we surely would like to revisit this place again some other time. "
