「The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. 「This is a very nice hotel, clean room, comfortable beds. Lots of hot water with an exelent shower spray. Walkable to sowntown, restaurants, and more. Would definitely stay here again」

「oh my god i love here，This was the most wonderful time during this period for me. I'm sure I'll come again. Although it's close to the lake, the bed is not damp at all. The nature is very beautiful and the air is very fresh. But I suggest coming when the weather is warm because it's too cold to swim or row a boat」

「We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. 」

「What a gem! We highly recommend this charming and beautiful inn with views of the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the bar and restaurant. Great cocktails and live music. We stayed in the carriage house and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The room had all the conveniences of home. We were close enough for a day trip to the White Mountains but just far enough from North Conway that we were removed from the busy pace of the city. We will definitely come back again! 」
