"Stayed in alot of residence in but by far this was the worst one the room was very old and dirty and they mix water in shampoo hair conditioner and body wash to dilute it like who does that im paying to stay in a well known hotel and my shower products diluted with water"

"The room was cute. But the thing is that in the parking garage there was always guys down there smoking pot and cigarettes. I don’t know if they were workers or guests there but there were down there the every time I’d come and go. The hotel room towels didn’t dry and they were torn up. The blankets were stained. This hotel has a lot of potential to be great. I also noticed that one of my pajama pants went missing and I know 1000% that I brought them and say them before I left for breakfast and when I came back they were gone. They weren’t expensive or sentimental but I noticed that and it wasn’t worth the complaint since I kinda felt weird there as it is."
