“Great location close to the beach restaurants and shops. Would love to stay here again!”

“There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.”

“Having stayed in this building before, I can honestly say this is one of the nicest and most beautifully renovated condos in the building. The recent renovations are stunning, with luxury furnishings, high-end finishes, and thoughtful details throughout that made the space feel upscale and incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the amazing selection of high-quality beach gear and towels. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

“Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.”

“The unit was very clean and well maintained, and the location is top-notch. It’s an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and stores, which made getting around very convenient. We also appreciated the bikes that were available and made good use of them during our stay.A few things could be improved. The A/C and fan weren’t powerful enough to keep the unit cool, so it became quite hot inside. Since there were no windows that could be opened for fresh air, the space stayed warm and uncomfortable.……

“Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.”
