“We had a great stay. This place had all the amenities we needed and it felt super homey. The owner came over right away when we couldn’t get the TV to work and would check in to see if we needed anything. It’s in a great part of town too!”

“It was everything I expected it to be. Comfortable, cozy, relaxing and close to the beach. Every morning I was able to take a walk on the beach, followed by the day visiting family. Enjoyed how close and centrally located it is to shops and restaurants. We even took in a Dodger Game. A very nice place to get away 🏖️”

“Great property, the host was really clear and easy to deal with and the location was central and easy to walk to many places. Our suite was super well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen and with the bedding. We had more than enough towels, bedding, toilet paper and paper towels for 4 women for 5 nights. Overall lovely and cozy place to stay.”

“Everything about this house was delightful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. There are four inviting areas to relax with family or friends; two indoors and two outside. The location is perfect. It's so nice to walk into town and not deal with parking. The decor and furnishings are tasteful, the kitchen is fabulous and the shower, with the rainforest head is awesome. We have already rebooked.”

“Stayed her for a week while visiting family in the area. Is very adequate for one or two people. Vicky the owner was very helpful to us. Kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Shower has great water pressure. This apartment is below another apartment... So you do hear upstairs neighbors moving about. Will rent again if needing a place in Manhattan Beach again.”

“We were attending a graduation at LMU this weekend and wanted to find a place close to to the University and LAX. This location met our expectations and more. Located just blocks from the beach and restaurants, we were able to enjoy wonderful walks along the beach, dinners and shopping. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay again, hopefully longer next time.”

“Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!”

“We stayed here for a guy’s weekend to celebrate a birthday. The property had plenty of room and was in good condition, as well as recently updated. It was an easy walk to a surf shop for renting boards and wet suits, as well as the beach. Also east walk to get to a market and all the restaurants in Highland. A longer walk but doable to get to the Manhattan Beach pier. I think it was nicer than the photos. The bunk bed had a trundle bed so slept all 4 of us easily. Perfect spot for the weekend.”

“Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)”

“We loved the condo! We love being able to have a short walk to dinner or the beach. Having the windows open and the ocean breeze filling the house. We were convenient to everything. It was a wonderful trip.”
