“This rental is absolutely everything you need for a quick trip to 30a! Not only was the property itself spectacular (clean, nicely decorated, comfortable) but the location absolutely can’t be beat! Walking distance to local favorites like Black Bear Bread Co., Hurricane Oyster bar and more. The parking lot where the local transit picks up for beach access is directly across the street - making your beach days totally seamless. Less than 10 minute drive to Seaside. “We love this place! We spent an entire month here, as we did in 2023 (see my Mar 3, 2023 review), and will be back again! The beach is a 5-minute walk from the door, and there are numerous restaurants & shops within easy walking distance. Other beach communities (with plenty of restaurants & shops) are close by, as are several state parks (with great walking trails). The condo is cheerfully decorated, comfortable, and well-stocked. The hosts are easy to communicate with and go out of their way……

“The only issue we had was the tv in the living room was not programmed for stations. Everything else was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful week.”

“The condo was nice and the common area was very spacious. It could have been better if one of the 3 sofas made into a bed. There was a nice semi private room off the kitchen with a sofa and large tv but would have been more useful if the sofa made out to a bed. I found having 4 different codes to access everything very irritating and a pain, the only code easy to remember was the condo gate code. The gate to the beach from the pool area was very hard to work and several other guests at the pool……

“Bungalow is in a quiet community. Pool is good sized. Beach is short walk but public/private beach fiasco. We would drive to the public beach access right down the road because they had a ramp to pull wagon and it worked out for us. The beach chairs provided are all broken except one so we went and purchased one for our use. We loved it here and would definitely stay again off season before it’s so crowded.”
