“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“The cleanliness is noted in all aspects of our stay. I will definitely come back even just for a stay on the weekend.
Only one thing that is out of the hotels control, parents need to be responsible for their kids actions. Kids were running, banging and knocking on doors past 10 pm at night. There seems to have been some sports activities going on during our stay and some lids were out of control.”
