“The place was well decorated with high end appliances and furnishings. However, it was lacking a few basic amenities. There was no iron, only 3 face clothes (for a place that sleeps 7) and only 1/3 a roll of papertowel. It appeared to be clean but there was a lot of hair in the bathrooms and an ant problem. Parking was terrible, but ig that's typical for the area. Unless you're prepared to walk a few blocks to and from your vehicle, this may not be the best option for you. All that being……

“The house was very clean and spacious. The rooftop area was awesome. A grocery store on the corner - very nearby. The owner was exceptional and very responsive to questions and quickly resolved a few issues we experienced. We would definitely stay there again!”

“The town house was new. The biggest problem was the heat the furnace was upstairs where the bedrooms are. The living room and kitchen were cold, and it was extremely hot upstairs and there was only one zone. Also, no shades or curtains except in one bedroom and they were shear, we felt exposed. The primary bedroom had no pillowcases and we only had two bath towels. Suggestion put a gas heater in the living room. Overall it looked worn.”

We were located close to a lot of dining options that were walking distance, which was convenient, because it was hard to find parking depending on the time of day. The area itself was loud at times, but bearable; the apartment was very cute and equipped with basic things you would need.
