Affordably priced, near shopping, amusement parks, and restaurants that cater to everyone's desires. Only two hours from New York City, but 30 feet to the ocean! If you like swimming, sun-bathing, beach combing, shopping, dining out, visiting historic sites, or just sitting back and relaxing, then this oceanfront in beautiful North Beach Haven is the perfect place for your next vacation...no matter what the season!
This bright, 3-bedroom upstairs apartment in our duplex has panoramic views of the Atlantic through the large picture window in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Enjoy a modern kitchen, granite countertops, flat-screen TV, wireless internet, central air.
All kitchen niceties such as granite counters, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, make this the perfect vacation. The large living/dining room, which looks out through a picture window over the ocean, is furnished with flat-screen TV with cable.
While away the days on your large private deck overlooking the ocean or cruise the miles of lightly populated white sand beach. Watch sunrises over the ocean from your bedroom or living room window or the oceanfront deck. Then see the sun set over the bay just a couple of blocks away from your kitchen window. Absolutely amazing! This cute oceanfront is located in one of the most desirable family vacation areas on the New Jersey Shore. Very reasonably priced for the Jersey Shore - compare and see!

Doctor Z was great, even made sure we got in safely. House is cozy with a great view, house is nostalgic—reminded me of when I went there as a kid. Great views and an awesome house to stay at with friends or family. Would highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

This was our second time at this beach house and our stay was just as amazing as the first. We could not be closer to the sounds, sight and smells of the ocean waves and witnessing a beautiful sunrise every morning made for a wonderful stay.The house itself had every possible convenience. Doctor Z, the host, thought of everything and was very kind and gracious for the duration of our time there.Looking forward to returning again soon.

Beach vacation
A great two weeks, a lovely oceanfront cottage which has the right mix of quiet neighborhood feel and convenient shops, restaurants, fun! Can’t beat the view- roomy bedrooms, solid kitchen. Great management- going back next summer! A real LBI gem

Friendly & Welcoming
We lived the location, ocean views, back deck and beach access. The host was very organized and made us feel welcome. House well stocked with amenities. We had cold rainy weather, but still enjoyed the house. Hope to return again!

Wonderful getaway
This place served as the perfect spot for an LBI family getaway. Stayed here with my wife, and two kids, 8 and 6. Gorgeous views and an even better location central to all that Beach Haven has to offer. If you have the opportunity to book, don’t hesitate. Dr. Z is an amazing host- communicative and responsive.the manual and info she provides is detailed and on point. Could t ask for more!!

Great beach house
Super close to the beach access point and within walking distance of the best restaurants on LBI, this beach house is a great and affordable place to stay. This place has some things that a lot of places on LBI do not have: two bathrooms and a washer/dryer inside the unit. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean while we sipped on wine at the end of a day spent relaxing at the beach or fishing in the bay. The location of this house is close to The Gables and The Engleside, two of the best restaurants LBi has to offer.

Amazing Respite on The Shore - Views and Comfort
Beautiful, well located property with a full view ocean view from terrace and living room. Full kitchen, clean, and accurately described. Host communicated timely and with care. This place is a home away from home and truly a beach getaway with attention to all your needs regardless of weather. Can walk easily to beach in a few minutes and park car in driveway. Will return.

This place is really hard to beat! Wonderful ocean views, sunrises, breezes, and sounds of the surf. It's a classic beach cottage that has everything you need and nothing you don't. We've rented dozens of different places over our 32 years coming to LBI, and this one is EASILY near the very top. Beyond that, the host was very responsive, very communicative, and legitimately made sure we were enjoying our experience. If there's ONE thing to note, it's the tandem parking can be a challenge at first (especially if you have kiddos). But after a few days... it doesn't much matter!
