Immaculate raised ranch located on the bay side in Surf City that is allergy free - home has electronic filters. It is a short walk to the beach and to the shops. Vaulted ceiling in the living area make this home light, bright and airy, reflects a homey feel and is immaculate. Owner does not include the bedspreads - they are for show.
