The master bedroom is located on top floor for privacy with personal bathroom. There is central air and also a ductless unit on the upper floor to make the whole unit cool and comfortable. There is a special temper pedic mattress, for those with bad backs. TV provided in each bedroom. The pool is open July & August. The outside shower is located by the pool. The beach badges are supplied as a courtesy by the owner, and cannot be guaranteed. The owner also provides a beach wagon. No smoking or pets please.
