「I am not usually someone to write a review but…….
As I was checking in there was another reservation that could not be honoured due to the guests not having any of the proper credentials to check in. The front desk staff was beyond professional even though they were dealing with extremely upset ppl. They maintained empathy and professionalism 100% and I feel they need this review as I assume there will be something negative coming their way!
