「Everything inside the room is comprehensive, it is clean and tidy although the room space is a bit tight.」

「gd」

「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「Bed is ok 」

「The location is good but the price is not as bargain as expected. Cleaning up requires registering at reception instead of hanging the sign provided. Air conditioning turned off automatically every night. I had to get up to turn on again. Water and the drain are slow.」

「Location is good, many shops nearby like Primark, Boots and supermarkets, but 10 mins walk from tube. Room condition is average, no slippers provided.」

「The location is good but the service was very slow and even almost forgot housekeep even i call them in the morning. The room is bigger than most in central london. Some of the staffs were not helpful sometimes, i asked for extension he said no room but I found a lot on the website, also with poor english.」

「sauberes zimmer, nettes personal, gemütliches und großes bett」
