“Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access.
The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus.
The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.”

“Stayed here for a couple of nights with my grandaughter who is 5. Can’t find a single fault with this place. The most important thing for me is that the place is clean and this place was spotless. Has absolutely everything you might need for a short stay, iron, kettle, pod coffee machine, complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Bed was really comfy and everything seemed brand new. I had a bit of trouble getting in the front door (my own fault) but luckily the owner just happened to be passing by……

“Not good but was manageable for 1 night…was only there for 1 night. Slow check-in. No toilet roll in room had to ask reception. Toilet blocked after one flush looked like days old feaces toilet clogged with the feaces remaining on the surface. Toilet water brown and extremely smelly. Reception informed they stated come and use the toilet at the reception when needed bearing in mind we were on the 5th floor. Staff reported no maintenance was on site at the time to address the problem. Room……

“Where do I start
The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation.
This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation
The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible
My food had to be stored insecurely
The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling

The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London."
