「Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time...

「Location is great for getting about London. Apartment is very spacious, with a small balcony. Balcony could do with an additional chair & the apartment could do with a little maintenance. Shelves very loose on livingroom wall, floor lamp very unsteady in bedroom, shower caddy loose. All in all we still had a great stay. A toaster would have been useful and additional info re main door entry. We arrived in the dark & didn't notice there were 2 x door entry systems as the one needed was black...
