The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and warm. Our room was spacious and comfortable. This hotel is not fancy, but comfortable and homey. We will definitely stay here again.

I felt welcomed and comfortable at Vancouver Studios. Communication was clear, and the staff people were friendly and helpful. The room met my needs. Has I been there longer I would have used the kitchenette. I was a bit concerned about street noise, but I didn’t need to worry. Things quieted down each night, and I slept well. I appreciated the garden, parlor, and gym. The neighborhood is great for walking, eating, and getting to other parts of London. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming, atmospheric hotel in a lovely and convenient part of London. Helpful staff and well appointed room. Very small and awkward bathroom but I appreciate there is not much that can be done about it. A large, openable window was a delight. The laundry facilities were excellent and most welcome.

Wonderful accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed in the single room which was very clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised that it contained a small kitchenette. Great location close to tube and stores. Felt safe at all hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely historical building. Amenities in the room were great-a fridge, plates, glasses and cutlery. It was very hot in the small, third floor room with the fan just blowing hot air around. Lots of stairs too but that was made clear when I booked. The outside area is beautiful and a lovely area in the heart of London. Easy to walk to High Street Kensington and Portabella Rd. Would stay again

A 10 walk max to 2 tube station with shopping on the way. The studio was perfect for the family as my kids didn't need to share a bed! Our studio was in the basement which was a bit of a shock when we checked in. It turned out to be probably the best place to be during the the heat as it offered cross ventilation and was cool after a long days being out and about in London. Would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Clean room. Excellent check-in they even allowed me to check in early as my flight arrived in the morning. It would be better with air conditioning. But overall very nice.
