“Overwhelming musty smell upon arrival. Mold in the bathroom. VRBO Care only kicks in once you speak to someone on the phone, we ended up booking a hotel stay instead because the smell was too much for my lungs, I was coughing uncontrollably despite staying outside as long as possible. Host initially responsive to our problem but no solutions (probably AI assistance for immediate responses). After 2 hours of seeking help from the host and VRBO Customer Service, we left, did not stay the night. 18……
