The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage on Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to historic downtown Beaufort restaurants, shopping, tours and Waterfront Park, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beach at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

House is perfect in every way! Very clean. Smelled great! Comfy beds. Perfect location close to the trail and downtown. Hosts were very accommodating and kind.

Very clean and well maintained

Perfect, cozy house. Very clean and very well maintained. Easy walking distance to downtown shopping and historical house district. A/C and heat both work excellently, cool or heat house within minutes. House has been updated and is very comfortable and modern. We all enjoyed a small family get together under one roof.

Quiet and Close to Everything We Wanted to See

We heard Beaufort was an awesome place to visit and found this fabulous gem. Super easy communications with Cory. She is certainly the hostess of the year. The place is spotless and the beds are comfortable. My daughter made some amazing meals on the chef’s stove. My 2 year old granddaughter loved having a yard to run around in. The washer and dryer were convenient with a bar to fold clothes on. We will definitely stay again if we ever return. The third bedroom worked perfect to keep our suitcases open on the beds.

Great place!!

This was my first experience with renting through vrbo. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Property owner answered any questions I might have had. Home was very cozy and was well stocked!! Very clean Great! Great experience!
